Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) which govern Click n’ Save (“the Website”) and ensure that you understand them.
By using Click n’ Save (“Click n’ Save”, “we” or “us”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Click n’ Save may at any time modify these Terms of Service. The most current version will supercede all previous versions;
“User” means any person who visits or uses the Website;
You agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains viruses or any other computer code, file or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with Click n’ Save.
Click n’ Save contains links to third party websites that are not controlled by or affiliated with Click n’ Save. Click n’ Save assumes no responsibility for the content, offers or privacy policies of such sites. Your dealings with third party sites are solely between you and the applicable third party.
We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.
You may link to the Website’s home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You may not establish a link in such a way that suggests any form or association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You also may not extablish a link to a website that is not owned by you.
If you need to cancel the publication of an offer, we must receive notification in writing (by completing the Cancellation form INSERT LINK) by latest Friday 5pm prior to Monday publication date in order for the ad to be removed from the site. If notification is received prior to the deadline, you will be refunded your payment minus a $50 administration fee. If notification is received after the deadline, the ad will be removed at our earliest opportunity and Click n’ Save will not be held liable for any misrepresentation. You will forfeit the equivalent of one week placement ($175) and any balance of your payment will be refunded.
Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed within one week of receipt of Cancellation Form. If original payment was made by bank transfer, then refund will be processed the same way. If payment was made in cash at our office, refund can be collected from our office at 54 Reid Street, Hamilton. Please note that cash refunds must be collected by appointment and require Government issued ID and signature for collection.
